Parts Buyer Warehouse Coodinator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 to $35.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Invoicing and BillingEnters all materials and services on all order typesMaintains inventorySorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined part-number sequenceFills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes itemsUses computer and current inventory program (SAP) to enter recordsPrepares product for domestic and international shipping using proper packing techniques to insure safe arrival of goods and products.Determines best method of shipping and filing freight claimsSourcing, quoting, purchasing and billing merchandise for projectsReviews all shipping and receiving transactions, bills of materials, routing and picking transactions and errors in SAPSources and purchases required parts/services at competitive pricing and terms

Parts Buyer Warehouse Coodinator Qualifications:

5+ years of related work experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentSAP experience preferredProficient in MS Excel
