**Job Title: Parts Clerk** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily invoicing activities, assisting with system administrative tasks, coordinating receiving activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting leadership with end-of-month activities, and maintaining the general office's organization and cleanliness. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, including local parts sales and service invoicing. + Assist with local system administrative activities, such as employee and asset data entry. + Coordinate receiving activities by storing and stocking materials in their proper locations while ensuring system accuracy. + Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting frequent cycle counts and material aging assessments. + Complete daily data entries in customer secondary software. + Support local and organizational leadership with end-of-month activities, including inventory reports, productivity, and invoicing summaries. + Assist leadership with customer follow-up regarding aging accounts receivable as required. + Coordinate badging system processes and audits through site-specific authorities. + Maintain and order department supplies and materials while ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the general office appearance. **Essential Skills** + 3 or more years of relevant experience required. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Salesforce. + Experience with customer secondary systems preferred. + Ability to obtain and maintain an airport-issued ID badge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanic, repair, ground support, hand tools, troubleshoot, engine, diesel, airport, maintain, maintenance. + Customer service, inventory control, picking, customer service oriented, data entry, inventory management, parts inventory. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans. With operations at over 15 major airports, there is also the opportunity for relocation if necessary or desired. **Work Environment** The work site is located in a hangar, providing a covered environment. The hangar is heated during the winter and has large fans to keep cool in the summer. There are 7 mechanics on each shift performing work. An off-site location is available for larger projects, such as full vehicle overhauls, with the same work environment as the hangar. Overtime work will be needed. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
