**Job Title: Warehouse and Customer Service Associate**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packaging automotive tools, and assisting with customer service via email and calls as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and has a passion for providing exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pick and package automotive tools accurately and efficiently.
+ Assist with customer service inquiries via email and phone.
+ Handle inventory and material management tasks.
+ Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
+ Manage shipping and receiving processes.
+ Collaborate with the warehouse manager and other team members.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of warehouse experience.
+ Proficiency in inventory management and order picking.
+ Experience with packaging and shipping processes.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Forklift operation experience.
+ Material handling capabilities.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a smaller team environment.

**Work Environment**
You will be working in a clean, smaller warehouse environment with a casual dress code. The team consists of three individuals in the warehouse and three in the office, with most office staff working remotely. The working hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
