Job Title: Service Coordinator/Customer Service Representative
Job Description

As a Service Coordinator/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for facilitating customer needs and requests in an informative, productive, and efficient manner. You will use your knowledge of parts to greet customers, help them locate the parts they need, educate them about part functions, provide price and availability information, and secure sales.

ResponsibilitiesManage customers under your responsibility for spare parts as delegated by the Spare Parts Hubs Manager.Communicate with customers, answer their requests in a timely fashion, and contact them to promote our products.Develop cooperation to increase sales in your portfolio.Process customer requests for quotes through our quotation module (SPQ) from various sources including email and telephone.Provide technical support for parts search, involving our technical team if needed, and keep customers updated on the progress until a solution is reached.Process orders in our ERP system and organize shipments in accordance with company policies and procedures.Keep customers up to date on the status of their orders until delivered and troubleshooting any issues.Understand market demand and assist the purchasing team and spare part manager in advising which parts to stock in our region.Exercise discretion in prioritizing and executing daily tasks and projects to ensure timely and quality work.Take notes, be organized and clear in your work.Be a team player; seek support from colleagues based on their specialty and assist them to the best of your ability.Be multitask and flexible for the benefit of our customers, maintaining professionalism under pressure.Essential SkillsCustomer serviceInside salesOrder entryMicrosoft Office proficiencyService and order processingCustomer supportAbility to think on feet and upsellProcess-drivenAttention to detailAdditional Skills & QualificationsTeachable recent graduate with strong communication and attention to detail skillsRelevant administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing settingMilitary experience is a plusERP experience is preferredManufacturing experience preferredQuoting experience is nice to haveWork Environment

You will work as part of the Parts Team, which consists of 30 people in total. This includes 10 on the warehouse floor, 4-5 in shipping, and 15 in various sales/administrative capacities. The team is segmented between military and commercial sectors. Business hours are 8 hours per day.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00
