Job Title: Parts Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt\n
Summary: Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts. Deliver parts to dealers in Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico and surrounding areas. \n
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
\u2022Review each service order for correct parts.
\u2022Deliver parts to the dealers and\/or job site.
\u2022Gather parts needed for service work order.
\u2022Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund.
\u2022File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.\n
Qualifications
\u2022Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
\u2022Manufactured housing industry experience desired
\u2022High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.
\u2022Must pass pre-employment drug screen.\n

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.\n
