Parts Dispatcher Compensation and Benefits

 Parts Dispatcher Qualifications

Intermediate or Advanced level in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail High School Diploma, or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – 1+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, auto parts, or related roles. preferably in the automotive industry or a warehouse environment.

Please apply if you have worked in parts distribution, auto dealerships, delivery scheduling, parts allocation, dispatch operations, data entry, and vendor communication.

 Parts Dispatcher Responsibilities

Accurately dispatch auto parts to Auto Technicians based on daily work orders and repair needs. Coordinate with Parts Coordinators to prioritize parts delivery and address any discrepancies or urgent requests. Review and process incoming parts orders, verifying accuracy and completeness before dispatch. Maintain accurate records of parts distribution, including tracking parts usage and returns. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all aspects of parts dispatch.
