About the Intern Program 12-week program with start dates on: May 12th or 19th, or June 2nd 40 hours per week Must graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Process Mapping: Creating detailed maps of current processes to understand and streamline product transfer within the distribution network. Data Analysis: Analyzing financial and service data to identify areas for operational and financial improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with various departments such as finance, materials, and operations to validate assumptions and ensure alignment. Documentation and Implementation: Documenting agreed-upon processes and ensuring they are implemented effectively. Project Presentation: Presenting project milestones and updates to senior leadership to keep them informed and gain necessary approvals. Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B or F-1 status) Desired Skills Pursing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or logistics Minimum required cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently Previous internships or work experience is a plus Critical thinking and problem solving At least Sophomore standing for undergrad at the time of application Able to work at least 12 weeks (starting the end of May or early June through August) Previous applicable internships Self-starter High level of computer skills (Microsoft Applications and Internet) Benefits and Compensation We provide a competitive total rewards package which ensures job satisfaction both on and off the job. The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our campus intern openings is $24 - $38/hour. The hourly pay rate is based on year in school and is non-negotiable.
