**Parts Service Manager | Direct Hire**
**Job Description**
The Parts Sales Manager is relied upon heavily to provide expertise and knowledge of aftermarket parts on all equipment products. This role involves evaluating internal sales personnel, identifying and corresponding with all current parts customers, and learning the in-house computer system. The manager will also manage process flow for both standard and expedited orders with the purchasing department, learn all OEM software systems to assist in product knowledge and offerings, and team build with parts personnel at other locations. Additionally, the Parts Sales Manager will manage parts with the Service Department, evaluate current parts flow through the Service Department, including parts reconciliation and possible return upon job completion.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide expertise and knowledge of aftermarket parts on all equipment products.
+ Evaluate internal sales personnel.
+ Identify and correspond with all current parts customers.
+ Learn and utilize the in-house computer system.
+ Manage process flow for standard and expedited orders with the purchasing department.
+ Learn all OEM software systems to assist in product knowledge and offerings.
+ Assist and team build with parts personnel at other locations.
+ Manage parts with the Service Department.
+ Evaluate current parts flow through the Service Department, including parts reconciliation and possible return upon job completion.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must come from a mechanic/car part environment.
+ Must be comfortable working on a computer all day.
+ Must be comfortable working with clients and mechanics to order parts.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00
