Job Description
Responsible for managing, planning, directing and coordinating the spare parts business, achieving profitable sales objectives and the methodology in which to achieve that result. Responsible for top line and margin for spare parts.
Spare parts pricing – analyze costs, BoMs, complexity of parts to ensure profitable marginsEvaluate margins on a regular basis to improve overall profitabilityMaintain intercompany pricing database and validate quarterlyEnter non-b2b parts orders from sister companiesManage return process for spare parts, approvals, re-stocking fees, etcTroubleshoot / investigate customer order issues – warranty, incorrect shipmentsManage expedite requestsCreate recommended spare parts lists for project managementUpdate material master data for obsolescence, programming needs, assembly needsProvide shipment data to installed base teamCollaborate with global pricing team and global service hubsInitiate marketing campaigns to grow spare parts salesCoordinate fixed pricing with the service team to achieve quick quote turnaround, but maintaining profitable results.Other duties as assigned QualificationsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree required in Business or related fieldExperience with purchased parts and OEM manufactured partsExperience with routing and costing5+years supervisory experienceCompetencies:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,000. to $120,000. based on a full-time schedule.
Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At Syntegon compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at Syntegon include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
