Parts Manager (Mobile Crane)

The Parts Manager will be responsible for streamlining processes, optimising pricing strategies, managing inventory levels, and providing support for sales activities for our Mobile Cranes Division.

What You Can Expect of the Job You’ll develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for online parts sales. You’ll set up and maintain accurate pricing information in the MyLiebherr system for various parts and accessories. You’ll prepare accurate and competitive pricing proposals and monitor and adjust pricing as needed. You’ll ensure compliance with local tax and import/export regulations. You’ll provide timely and effective support to customers regarding pricing inquiries and order processing. You’ll oversee the entire crane parts sales process, from initial customer contact to order fulfilment. You’ll analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate parts solutions. You’ll monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the parts business. You’ll analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity. You’ll implement new strategies and tools to streamline operations and reduce costs. You’ll foster a collaborative team environment and empower team members to achieve shared goals. You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotions to achieve revenue targets. Any other additional duties as assigned. What We Expect of You Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field. Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software. Strong logistics skills are essential Prior parts management experience in the heavy equipment industry, particularly with mobile and crawler cranes, is highly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment. Ability to analyse data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and make data-driven decisions. Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to parts availability, pricing, and logistics. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers. Willingness to travel frequently within the South-East Asia region to visit customers and attend industry events. What We Offer
