As a Parts Order Fulfillment Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring service part availability by forecasting, analyzing, and collaborating across teams. If you're passionate about supply chain efficiency and thrive in a results-driven environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
+ Forecast new parts and ensure availability by collaborating with factories.
+ Maintain and optimize stocking metrics.
+ Lead and participate in meetings with product support, supply management, engineering, and marketing teams.
+ Analyze service part forecasts and recommend adjustments.
+ Drive strategies to support the master schedule and order fulfillment process.
+ Evaluate data and metrics to improve business processes and customer experiences.

Requirements
What You Bring:
Required Skills:
+ Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
+ 1+ years of supply management experience preferred.
+ Proficiency in Excel and ability to generate data-driven reports.
+ Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Talent for crafting and delivering effective presentations.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience in a service support environment.
+ Project management expertise.
+ Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Advanced data analytics and statistical skills.
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Management, or equivalent experience.
+ Experience with planning, organizing, and executing engineering projects.
+ Manufacturing and/or operations experience.
+ Familiarity with supply management processes, including procurement, logistics, and service parts management.
