Responsibilities: + Issue all parts used out of parts room + Make part IDs for all new parts to be stocked and attach to appropriate asset ID’s + Create restock for the Parts Room and enter in SMR / SAP + Receive parts when they arrive in SAP, label each part and put in the appropriate location and SAP Material number + Assist maintenance with getting emergency services in the plant and enter requisitions + Find expedite, requisition emergency repair parts and follow process until they arrive + On call 24/7 for order parts emergencies only + Enter facility blanket orders for purchasing + Preform all facility service receipts and receive invoices for all maintenance services and Facility Parts + Running Month end report in SAP + Ordering for Maintenance Tech. and Engineers creating Purchase Requisitions + Sending Parts out for repair + Researching for Parts to get a better Price + Handle facility cores and keys + File all Documents (Invoice, PO’s, etc.) + Monthly Inventory (Sections) and Yearly Full Inventory + Keep Parts Room organized and pleasant + Need to have experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel + Create shipping Labels and send parts out + Working Day Shift (Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm) EOE Policy Statement: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
