Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
• Implement plans and strategies to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Create a parts sales strategy as well as communicating, reviewing and monitoring actions to ensure it is on track.
• Continuously monitor intelligence on customers, product/purchasing trends, buying cycles, socioeconomic influences to support GSE sales of parts.
• Resolve customer parts issues as part of continuous improvement.
• Developing and maintaining key relationships with customers.
• Evaluate and lead business development opportunities, partnering with finance, contracts, engineering, sales, planning, and other operating functions; internal and external as needed.
• Work cross functionally within the company to align efforts and create efficient process to improve sales and margin growth with customer base.
• Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
• Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Years of Experience: 5-7 Years of Management and Commercial or Aftermarket experience preferred
Software Knowledge: Microsoft office packages. Desirable to have Salesforce and SAP.
Must possess a valid drivers License and comply with TSV Pool, Fleet and DOT Policies.
