We’re looking for a Parts & Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day parts and service activities at our Abbotsford branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in driving a culture of exceptional customer service while working closely with customers, field and shop technicians, and branch leadership.
ResponsibilitiesSafety & Housekeeping:
Participate in safety talks Lead workshop safety inspections and implement related safety and housekeeping procedures and regulations
Workshop, Field Service and Parts:
Plan of workshop technician assignments Plan of Mobile Crane field service technician assignments Assist local parts department regarding requirements for specific jobs, ordering, shipping, freight, parts returns etc. Help with timely preparation of customer quotations, invoice preparation and overall work order administration (includes adding labor, parts, and subcontracting charges etc). Assist with activities around branch tools; implement necessary procedures, perform periodic tool and asset count. Help Shipping/Receiving Department when needed
Administration:
Update and maintain information in ERP system Assist branch management and head office when to comes to local procurement and facility management Work closely with branch management with continuous improvement initiatives in the branch. Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationships Work collaboratively with other managers & branches to develop company-wide initiatives that ensure corporate goals are achieved.
