Parts/ Service Manager- New Honda Powerhouse
 

Join the Tom Wood Group as we prepare to launch our new Honda Powerhouse Dealership! We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Powersports Parts and Service Manager to lead our service department at our newest location. 

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch of our new dealership, working with motorcycles, ATVs, and outdoor recreation vehicles. Whether you're just starting your career or looking to take the next step, we provide hands-on training and opportunities for growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Supervise, coach, and develop a team of service technicians and support staff.Manage the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports equipmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts.Create an engaging and productive work environment through positive leadership and communication.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely service, and quality repairs.Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.Manage daily service and parts operations including customer communications, repair order preparation, scheduling, workshop activity, warranty claim administration, etc. Set and manage service and parts department budgets, including labor, parts, and overhead costs.Implement strategies to increase service revenue and efficiency while minimizing costs.Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, powersports industry standards, and local regulations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Proven experience as a Service Manager with experience in parts management, preferably within the powersports, automotive, or motorsports industry.Previous experience with major powersports brands (e.g., Honda, Polaris, Indian, Yamaha).Strong technical knowledge of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.Experience with inventory management software and dealership management systems.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, track performance, and drive profitability.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
