**Parts Specialist for 1st Shift!** **Job Description** + Provide customers with price quotes, availability and technical information + Multi-task and transition between parts inventories of multiple lines of equipment + Receive daily and weekly parts orders + Reconcile open purchase orders + Fill, ship, or deliver orders from inventory + Assist with cycle counts + Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area, parts counter, and showroom display area + Review parts requisitions and invoices, verifying that correct pricing, quantities, and parts are billed + Work with internal and external customers to ensure correct parts are available or ordered and supplied in a timely manner + Maintain department safety standards, organization, and excellent customer relationships through immediate conflict resolution + Attend all departmental meetings and maintain good working relationships with all fellow employees **Hard Skills** + Parts Ordering + Parts Counter + Parts Inventory **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Work Environment** This is a brand new state-of-the-art facility. The company has locker rooms where candidates can change and shower before and after their shifts.
