Seeking a qualified Parts Manager for our North Houston client.
Temp to hire. This position will convert to full-time employment at 90 days.
Hours: 7:00AM – 3:30PM
The ideal candidate will oversee parts inventory management, coordinate with suppliers and dealers, and ensure optimal parts availability for our construction equipment product line
Supervise and lead a team of parts personnel, including counter staff, warehouse workers, and inventory specialists
Manage OEM parts inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing obsolescence
Coordinate with global supply chain to maintain consistent parts availability
Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures
Analyze parts sales data and market trends to forecast demand
Work closely with service department to ensure parts availability for repairs
Maintain relationships with dealers and key customers
Ensure accurate pricing and parts cataloging
Train staff on parts identification, inventory systems, and customer service
Monitor and maintain parts warranty procedures and claims
Coordinate with logistics providers for efficient parts distribution

• 3+ years supervisory experience in parts management
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment and OEM parts systems
• Experience with inventory management software and DMS systems
• Proven track record of inventory control and team leadership
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
