Your primary purpose in this job will be to support the in-country sales organization(s) to achieve sales targets by responding to customer enquirers.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Respond to sales inquiries from customers on a timely manner. Preparing spare parts quotations ensuring they are accurate, technically correct and offer the best possible customer solutions. Investigation and follow-up in case of obsolete or non-active spare parts.  Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction. 

Who You Are: Someone who find solution for replacement spare parts by understanding the customer request and identifying the accurate part number(s) for the query.

  For This Role, You Will Need: University or college degree in technical faculty Advanced knowledge of English is needed Curiosity to get product knowledge Technical orientation We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions. You gain insight into customer need.
