Parts Warehouse Coordinator I
Summary

This position is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely movement of goods to and from the warehouse(s) while providing a superior level of customer service and maintaining the integrity of electronic inventory records. Duties include inventory management, supplier management, purchasing, stocking, tracking job orders/deliveries, forecasting parts demand, general warehouse stocking, transferring and dispersal of various items related to Enerflex Field Operations.   forecasting parts demand. This position is responsible for performing functions, procedures, activities and responsibilities associated with Parts Warehousing under direct to moderate supervision.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties Drives company vehicle, operates hydraulic lift and forklift to transport stored items from warehouse to shop or customers as needed, as well as pick up items from vendors as required. Processes requisitions, work orders and shipping orders and issues material to end users utilizing the systems as defined by the company. Compares identifying information, and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Transfers materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas. Provides accurate and timely invoicing/billing to customers. Enters all required materials and services on all order types. Maintains inventory accuracy by issuing inventory to all order types in a timely manner. Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined part-number sequence. Marks material with identifying information. Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items accordingly.   Uses computer and current inventory program (SAP) to enter records. Prepares product for domestic and international shipping using proper packing techniques to insure safe arrival of goods and products.   Determines best method of shipping and filing freight claims. Takes an active part in cycle counting and inventory processes for the Branch Office. Sourcing, quoting, purchasing and billing merchandise for projects as directed by the Branch Manager or Account Manager. Manages variance reports and uses root cause analysis to resolve and eliminate variances between stated on-hand and physical counts. Reviews all shipping and receiving transactions, bills of materials, routing and picking transactions and errors in SAP. Qualifications High School Diploma. 2 - 4+ years' related work experience.  Prior experience in the oil and gas industry including experience with ERP systems preferably SAP. Knowledge of Caterpillar engine and Ariel compressor, Waukesha and related spare parts preferred.  Must have a great understanding of the invoicing/billing process (if applicable). Must be capable of lifting (up to 50 lbs.), push/pull (up to 70 lbs.) and operating light equipment within a warehouse environment. Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification and properly use/operate lift trucks and general equipment used in a warehouse. Capable of effective communication with various levels of personnel. Possess math aptitude necessary to do inventory calculations.  Capable of handling multiple tasks and deal effectively with interruptions. Good customer service skills; displays a professional can-do attitude. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.  Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook preferred. Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, fingers to perform fine motor skills; possess good hand/eye coordination; handle or feel; reach with.  The employee is frequently required to stand and/or sit for long periods of time; infrequently/frequently get in/out of truck cab; up/down from truck bed; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  employee will also be required to work outside in extreme heat and or cold; the ability to use hands and arms to regularly/frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds; and infrequently/occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
