Job Title: Survey Party ChiefJob Description

As a Survey Party Chief, you will lead a team of surveyors in conducting precise and detailed land surveys for high-end residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and quality of our surveying services, meeting the unique needs of our discerning clientele.

ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of surveyors in the field.Conduct detailed land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technology.Prepare and review survey drawings, maps, and reports.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure survey accuracy and project alignment.Maintain accurate records of survey data and field notes.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Provide exceptional customer service to high net worth clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.Train and mentor junior surveyors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and data collectors.Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in land surveying, topographic surveys, construction staking, construction surveys, boundary/topographic, vertical surveying.Experience with software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble, and GPS.Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and engaging, offering a fun atmosphere where individuals can carve their own paths. Working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with full-time in-office requirements. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
