Purpose
Acquire knowledge about the scope of services and support deliver to patients by the pharmaceutical industry.
Understand the regulatory and legal framework of appropriate interactions with patients in relation to inspection and audit processes.
To understand the management of providers, services and content that are developed for patients.
Experience teamwork with different roles and tasks.
Interactions / Organizational Relationships
Internal stakeholders : Patient Program Team, Patient Organization Relations Leader, Access, Commercial, Marketing, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Medical team, Regulatory, Legal, CFCs.
External Stakeholders : providers, patient associations.
Main Responsabilities / Duties
Month 1: Familiarization with patient area, framework and tools. Review of programs and their scope. Experimentation of particular procedures related to digital programs and tools.
Month 2: Join the launch team for digital patient tools. Collaboration in the strategy of content generation and improvements of the Patient Program app.
Month: 3: Collaboration in the generation of a communication campaign for PSP's digital tools for CFCs.
Month 4: Collaborate with the training of internal colleagues in the new digital tools of patient programs.
Month 5: Collaborate with the segmentation and communication campaigns for patients of patient programs about digital tools.
Month 6 : Follow-up and preliminary analysis of the implemented campaigns.
Maintain all PSPs vendor documentation on track as per local procedures , support management of trends when applicable.
Quality and proactive review of the administrative documentation.

Education & Experience
Education
Advanced student of careers preferably linked to health (Pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, occupational therapy, social work, psychology, kinesiology, medicine). Not exclusive.
Desired technical and behavioral skills:
Fluency in English

Excel and Microsoft tools management.
Behavioral Skills
Teamwork, flexibility and adaptation to different scenarios, ability to prioritize tasks, inclination to service and support patients, enthusiasm and proactivity.
