Summary You will serve as a Pass and ID/Vehicle Registration Clerk in the Provost Marshal Office/Marine Corps Police Department Vehicle Registration Section of MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT. Responsibilities You will process applications for vehicle registration, privately owned weapons registration, and bicycle registration. You will maintain accurate account of vehicle registration decals issued and on-hand. You will prepare statistical reports, charts, and graphs pertaining to vehicle registrations and traffic violation data. You will provide advice and assistance to personnel about regulations and requirements of various registration programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing clerical work related to the processing of vehicle, motorcycle, pet, bike, or weapon registrations; AND providing temporary passes for visitors entering an installation. GS-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience in federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
