Passenger Service Manager Phoenix, AZ As a Passenger Service Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for airline passengers. You are accountable for overseeing passenger services at airports, which includes managing a team of customer service agents, ensuring the smooth flow of passengers through check-in and security processes, and addressing passenger needs and concerns. Your role involves a strong focus on customer service, staff management, and operational efficiency. You will report directly to our Chier Pilot, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall passenger experience by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and resolving any issues that may arise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Reporting: + The Manager, Passenger Services reports administratively to their respective manager at each base, depending on the location. During a flight, when acting as a Flight Attendant, the Manager, Passenger Services reports to the PIC during the assigned flight. + Responsibilities: + Ensures the professional standards of Flight Attendants + Hires full-time line Flight Attendants / Supervisor of Passenger Services and Contract Flight Attendants + Participates in the Safety Management System. + Duties: + Assume Flight Attendant duties when assigned a flight + Manages and supervises Flight Attendants + Implements policies and procedures for Flight Attendants + Manages the Commissary and Aircraft stock + Participates in new aircraft outfitting and delivery programs + Provides information to the Vice President, Flight Operations for performance evaluations of Flight Attendants + Assumes any duties delegated by the Vice President, Flight Operations and/or PIC.
