ARSIEM is looking for a Passive Geolocation Specialist (Apprentice Operator-Passive). This position will support one of our Government clients in Augusta, GA.ResponsibilitiesPerform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing real-time geolocation and collection operations Use various tools and databases to create, modify, and assess requirementsAdjust collection system/access taskingMonitor the status of a collection system/accessMonitor dataflow architecture and identify and communicate any problems or discrepanciesProvide first-instance troubleshootingProvide technical/operational guidance to customersEducate supported units in capabilities. Mentor less experienced operators in order to enhance and reinforce the standards of the Training Program and Operational TTPsMinimum QualificationsTwo (2) years of operational experience, within the last five (5) years with one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor) in collection or geolocation.Technologies:Real-time RF COMINT collection (Airborne, Space borne, Terrestrial, NTM) of:Narrow-band analog Push-to-Talk radiosDigital Mobile Radios (point-to-point, networked via RF or IP)Trunk Mobile Radio SystemsHigh Powered Cordless PhonesPersonal Communication Devices operating in 2G, 3G, and 4G technologiesManual, automatic, and/or synthetic Time/Frequency Difference of Arrival (T/FDOA) geolocation operations of COMINT emitters Multi-aperture Direction Finding Preferred QualificationsNSAG Passive Geolocation Certification or SCE Airborne Collection Operator CertificationClearance Requirement: This position requires an Active TS/SCI with a polygraph. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is 3,500, and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
