Functioning as the Production Manager for all pastry and bakery products, ensuring that they contribute to the overall success of outlets and events. Responsible for managing kitchen operations, menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, team mentoring, profitability, sanitation and hygiene.

- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as Pasty Chef, preferably with experience in international branded hotels

- Ability to drive the teams to attain exceptional levels of performance through motivation and inspiration

- Excellent organizational, exceptional leadership, management, interpersonal and administrative skills, and a strong creative aptitude
