Perform all prep as assigned by Pastry ChefBe in proper uniform and clocked in at scheduled timePerform all prep as assigned by Pastry ChefProperly set up station according to guidelinesMaster assigned Station and assist others as neededMonitor food qualityPrepare dishes according to guidelinesKeep all waste to a minimumMaintain cooking technique and presentation standardsComplete special projects and deep cleaning as assigned by Pastry ChefReturn all items to their zoned locationsClean and Stock station before checking out with Pastry ChefProperly set up station according to guidelinesBuild solid relationship with your ColleaguesTreat colleagues with respect and dignityOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned. Qualifications and Skills

A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency.

At least two years of previous pastry cook experienceA Culinary Pastry degree or related hotel experience preferredCandidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate pastry cooking skillsTrack record of delivering exceptional guest or client experienceCommunication skills are utilized a significant amount of time for training and safety purposes, and when interacting with guests and associates.Strong communication skillsAppropriate professional appearance and demeanorValid ServSafe Food Handler Certificate required
