What will I be doing?

\n

As a Pastry Cook II, you would be responsible for creating, preparing, producing, & baking breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes in order to contribute the overall guest satisfaction. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nCreates, prepares, produces, bakes all baked goods for restaurants and banquets. Decorates pastries with creativity and skill. \nMaintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigeration of products. \nEnsures spoilage/waste are kept to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products. Set daily pars on all products to ensure freshness.\nMaintain cleanliness and comply with sanitation standards at all times\nEnsure knowledge of menu and all food products\nStock and maintain designated food station(s)\nPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations\nPrepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed\nOther duties as assigned\n
