As the Technical Sales Manager for Resinous Flooring, you will lead transformative initiatives and drive profitable sales within the commercial and industrial segments. This dynamic role blends strategic leadership, technical expertise, and sales proficiency to promote our cutting-edge flooring solutions in diverse and demanding environments. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the resinous flooring business, targeting key commercial and industrial segments.

Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical guidance for Resinous flooring systems across various markets. Offer technical support and training to installers and contractors, ensuring proper product application and installation.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, internal project management, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with a broad client base, including applicators, owners, and A&D clients.

Specification and Design Assistance: Collaborate with the A&D + engineering community to create detailed specifications and recommend suitable flooring solutions.

Market Development: Identify key owner targets and develop a strategic sales plan to grow the Patcraft brand, driving awareness and adoption of resinous flooring solutions.

Market Feedback: Provide market feedback for the product category, including insights on needs and the competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast revenue projections for assigned accounts and prepare quarterly and annual account reviews.

Industry Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform business plans and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or a related field preferred; high school diploma required.

Minimum of 3-7 years of industry experience, focusing on technical products within the flooring or coatings industry.

Strong understanding of resinous flooring systems and coatings, including protective and floor coatings.

Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, foster customer relationships, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Technical proficiency in product specifications, data sheets, and industry standards.

Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to support business objectives.

Living within the division strongly preferred.
