JOB SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Patient Access Coordinator is responsible for supporting operations through administrative and analytics tasks. This
role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing presentations, and tracking
KPI of the department. This role acts as a liaison between different departments and provides excellent customer service to
both internal and external clients. Additionally, this role will serve as project coordinator with oversight of tasks, resources,
and timelines. This may involve interacting with project plans, tracking progress, managing project documentation, and
communicating with stakeholders. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide regular
updates to project managers and team members is crucial.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The patient access coordinator must have very strong communication skills,
organizational skills, flexibility, ability to work independently and multi-task, analytical skills, and critical-thinking skills.
Must have a bias towards action and have the ability to take conceptual thinking and turn it into execution. Should have the
confidence to work with team and department leaders, plus the ability to engage with all levels of the work force and
professional disciplines.
