General Summary
Facilitates training opportunities to provide insurance, compliance and registration knowledge. Plans, assesses, delivers and evaluates training programs for Access staff. Monitors insurance training modules and completion of competencies. Exercises strong communication skills, both written and oral. Represents the System in a professional manner, using good customer service practices and skills in the performance of the following duties.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
2 years Registration/insurance experience or previous training experience. RequiredLicenses:
Certified Healthcare Access Associate Upon Hire PreferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
