Patient Access Lead

Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, 40 hours per week.  Scheduled shifts are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Some holiday, on-call and night shift coverage required.  Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Patient Access Lead to:

Oversee the daily operations of specific work units within the Patient Access Department.  Partner closely with supervisors to provide leadership coverage and presence to the registration and admissions work units in the clinics and the hospital divisions. Ensure effective operations by organizing, scheduling, and monitoring the department workload.

Education:

Minimum – High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred – Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Health Info Management, or related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum – One year of experience in a patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, or clinic operations role

Preferred – Two years of experience in a patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, or clinic operations role with progressive leadership responsibilities
