CHMC –Registration-Patient Access Manager– Full Time- Day  Requisition 8156

Job Range: $33.44 - $44.30

Location - Ogdensburg Campus

Responsible for assisting the Patient Registration and Financial Services Director with Patient Access operations, monitoring staff performances and compliance with Hospital and Departmental processes.  Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements. Assist with the coordination of staff scheduling and training.  Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary processes that are necessary to maintain compliance of the department and hospital.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Previous Patient Access and Supervisory experience

Strong organizational and communication skills
