Responsibilities Organize and manage communications. Provide support functions to daily operations in the department. Provide patient registration and billing, schedule clinic visits for the professional staff, perform secretarial services such as answering the phone, greeting patients /visitors, recording meeting minutes, maintaining files/charts and computerized database.
