Patient Access Representative

Job Description:

Welcoming patients as they arrive, answering any questions they may have and guiding them through the check in process. Act as a liaison with the medical staff to ensure patients needs are met. Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. This role is essential for ensuring that patients have a positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic.

Qualifications:High School DiplomaKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of medical terminology used in clinical settingsExperience working in customer serviceStrong verbal and written communicationReliable Individual Outgoing, bubbly personality that is able to professionally communicate and create an exceptional experience for all patients

Additional Information:

This role is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 11:30am. This is a temporary contract role expected to last 4 weeks with possibility to extend. Looking for someone to start immediately with no planned leaves during duration of contact.
