Patient Access Representative
Description - **MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS OF RECENT HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE** The Patient Access Representative is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient registration process. This role involves greeting patients, verifying insurance information, collecting necessary documentation, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: + Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. + Verify patient information, including insurance details and personal data. + Collect and process patient documentation, including consent forms and identification. + Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure timely service. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health system. + Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care. + Handle patient complaints and escalate issues as necessary. + Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
