Description We are seeking a dedicated Patient Access Specialist for our client located in Baltimore, MD (21229). If you have experience in healthcare, particularly in insurance verification, and are skilled with common industry software, we want to hear from you! Schedule: Nights and Weekends Perks: Free Parking Key Responsibilities: + Verify patient insurance for eligibility and coverage. + Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate records. + Address and resolve patient inquiries regarding insurance. + Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth access to care. + Comply with all HIPAA regulations and healthcare best practices. Requirements + Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient access or similar roles. + Proficiency in insurance verification processes and working with providers. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-oriented service. + Available to work night shifts and weekends.
