Interviews patients or responsible person to arrange method of payment for patient accounts. Responsible and accountable to know and understand OZH vision, mission, values and standards.
Very fast-paced office sitting with ability to work individually.
Must have excellent customer service and phone etiquette. The ability to handle multiple calls back to back in a professional manner. Ability to multi task and managed time efficiently. Ability to work within a team environment. Insurance billing background or banking are helpful.
