This is a **Night Shift** full-time opportunity with the hours being 4pm - 12:30am, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. **FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Patient Check-In/Check-out + Answering appointment phones and schedule new and return appointments + Knowledge of medical terminology. + Communications, Customer service, Problem solving, managing multiple priorities **QUALIFICATIOS:** + High School Graduate or equivalent required + Call center experience, medical terminology, Epic, Jabber, Teams, SHC background + Ability to work schedule 4pm to 12:30am **Pay range for this opportunity is $27 - $30 based on experience** .
