at every level within the organization Job Summary Under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Unit Manager the Patient Administrative Associate performs delegated functions as a member of a patient care team by providing administrative support and communicating with members of the health care team patients and families This role contributes to the successful operation of the work area and center and academic medical center with substantial opportunities for professional experience and exposure BESD is a bed acute care medical cardiology unit which includes a bed Step Down level of care The primary patient population is advanced heart failure There is a comprehensive orientation which will prepare you to the care for the advanced heart failure patient including the management of continuous IV inotropes continuous IV diuretic infusions patients with LVADrsquoS Left ventricular assist device and patients who are admitted for TAVR workupsprocedures We have a dynamic nursing team
