Patient and Physician Retention and Growth Manager - Careallies - Remote
**Required to reside in the Rio Grande Valley, TX area** Qualifications + People person + Ability to work well with a team and excellent problem solving skills + Adaptable – can anticipate and creatively overcome potential relationship issues with positive results + Motivated with previous experience in marketing, practice management, community engagement or broker/agent relationship management + Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting in a business to business environment + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Ability to work proactively to generate new patient and/or physician retention and growth opportunities + Strong written and verbal skills + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required + Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary) + US work authorization Responsibilities + Engages medical office staff to understand and respond to patient needs for education about health care options with timely and accurate referrals to the Social Determinants of Health teams, local market brokers who partner with practice primary care physicians and/or other available resources + Builds relationships with community leaders to create opportunities to engage adults on Medicare as well as physicians desiring greater satisfaction in their day to day practice of medicine + Establishes and maintains relationships with local community leaders by engaging in collaborative activities to mutually benefit the community and the practice + Researches and understands the local market influencers and community partners in your respective market + Impacts patient retention and growth and physician retention and growth and lead generation targets for each practice center by leveraging practice resources and community relationships + Works with local leaders in the community to identify opportunities to further expand & develop new channels of patient and physician growth + Collaborates with the INSERT DANS TITLE HERE to understand and recommend potential Insurance Agent relationship with practice physicians + Acting as the point of contact to engage in internal and external stakeholder cross-functional initiatives and campaigns + Maintaining regular touchpoints and contact with key stakeholders + Examples of items to discuss in these conversations include + Reviewing weekly KPIs (new leads generated or new patients or physicians added) + Updates on current status of initiatives + Discuss new updates impacting the practices (Medicare 101 Events, New Provider joining, etc) + Overseeing cross-collaboration initiatives with key stakeholders and reviewing success of initiatives by reviewing lead generation & new patient or physician growth + Event Planning + Developing and managing a 6+ week forward-looking calendar of events or campaigns across the market with local leaders in the community + Coordinating all details of the events both internally and externally to ensure that events are engaging, well attended and drive lead generation + Clearly communicate objectives, strategy and expectations for each event with the IPA Board, CareAllies and other key stakeholders as applicable + Generating field account engagement by proactively working with local leaders on community outreach opportunities + Maintaining internal client management system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives + Planning lead generation and community engagement at least 2 weeks in advance to strategically develop & maintain lead pipeline + Other duties as assigned + Comfortable with daily accountability on key metrics, including account touchpoints, events scheduled, leads generated, and new patients added If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 88,100 - 146,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
