supervising and monitoring the Nursing departments on an assigned shift in accordance with nursing standards and practices as well as current Federal State and local standards guidelines and regulationsThis position ensures the appropriate delivery of direct and indirect patient care via the utilization of the Nursing Process and creates a positive environment for the professional practice of nursing RNIn addition this position ensures activities foster continuous quality improvement to enhance patient care outcomes This position also ensures patient flow throughout the
