Contributes to the assessment of the health status of patientsCommunicate patient information with care teamsAssist patients/families with meals or changing bed linensReports any changes in a patient's condition to the Charge NurseMust have ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse environment
Qualifications

Required:

High School Diploma or GED required

BLS (AHA)

Good written/oral communication skills

Preferred:

Direct patient care 

Patient surveillance expereince
