The Patient Care Assistant in Training Program is a 2 week, paid course, for individuals with no previous Certified Nursing Assistant experience or education.
The PCA in Training will be selected through the application and interview process. Those selected will begin their course training on December 9th (date subject to change based on class size).
Upon hire, training candidates will be placed into a full time Patient Care Assistant position that they will begin after successful completion of the 2 week training course.
Training will be full time, day shift hours.
Positions after training can be day shift (6:45 am - 7:15 pm) or night shift (6:45 pm - 7:15 am) with an every third weekend/holiday rotation.
