Our first unit boasts 18 private rooms, each designed for comfort and privacy, with a dedicated focus on orthopedic care. Whether it’s joint replacements or other orthopedic procedures, our team is committed to getting patients back on their feet._** **_The second unit features 15 beds, a mix of private and semi-private rooms, catering to a broad range of medical and surgical needs. Join us and be part of a team that makes a difference every day!_** **_Are you ready to become a part of our dynamic Medical Surgical team?_** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Maintains a clean and safe environment. + Assists patients as necessary (e.g. ADL’s, feeding) by providing high quality, compassionate patient care + Maintains on-going communication with RN and LPN regarding patient status, care given and patient response. + Documents care, vital signs and all other pertinent information legibly and accurately on patient’s flow sheet/graphic sheet. + Communicates appropriate information to patients and families. + Ensures that care information is transmitted in a timely, clear, and accurate form to all patients’ current healthcare providers who need that information to provide care. + Completes other duties as assigned **Scheduled Hours:** Per Diem - looking for a minimum of 22 hrs. in a 6-week schedule. **Work Shift:** Rotating **Education Required:** High School Diploma or equivalent.
