Job Duties of the Patient Care Coordinators:

Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer serviceCoordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge Answering phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerifying current personal and financial informationMaintaining patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned

Patient Care Coordinator Qualifications:

College Degree Preferred Excellent in-person and phone customer service Close attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skills Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
