Kelly Services is seeking a bilingual Spanish Patient Care Coordinator for a busy Podiatrist office located in **Apopka, FL 32703** Pay- $20/hour Schedule- Mon-Thursday 7am-4pm Temporary to Permanent Benefits: ( once hired on perm) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-provided uniforms **Summary** Seeking a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator. This position will complete front desk operations, welcome patients and families for their appointments, ensure accurate check-in processes, and assist schedule coordination. This role is crucial in maintaining a high standard of patient care and efficient clinic operations. **Responsibilities:** + Assist front desk receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, welcoming patients, and maintaining an organized clinic location. + Assist patients with scheduling appointments. + Ensure timely appointment schedules by notifying healthcare providers when patients arrive. + Maintain accurate patient records by updating information and scanning documents into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. + Collect payments from patients. + Assist in office supply inventory: checking, ordering, and stocking supplies. + Operate in a patient confidential -HIPAA- small team clinic environment. **Qualifications** : + **2+ years of experience working in a Front-Office/ receptionist or similar customer service role in a healthcare setting.** + Passionate to thrive in a small clinic care team role. + Effective communication skills and friendly personality. + Experience with EMR systems. + Medical billing and coding experience + Bilingual in English/Spanish is required + Exceptional customer service skills Apply Today!
