Patient Care Coordinator
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in Methuen, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including processing applications, maintaining patient records, and responding to inquiries. You will also monitor patient accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. This position is in the healthcare industry and requires proficiency in the Spanish language. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle patient applications and ensure their accurate processing. • Maintain precise records of patient interactions and services. • Address patient inquiries professionally and promptly. • Monitor patient accounts and respond as required. • Work in collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver superior medical care. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the organization. • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential patients, keeping them engaged and informed. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards. • Streamline the hiring process and maintain efficient communication channels. • Enhance the organization's presence within the medical community by participating in relevant events. Requirements • Proven experience in a medical office setting • Proficiency in Spanish language both written and spoken • Ability to provide accurate Spanish translation services • Demonstrated understanding of patient care coordination • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks • High level of empathy and patience to deal with patients • Proficient in the use of medical software and computer systems • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules or patient needs • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with medical professionals • Knowledge of medical terminologies and procedures • High level of discretion and respect for patient confidentiality.
