Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Care Coordinator to join our high-end medical or surgical practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service and administrative experience, familiarity with EMR and practice management systems, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.Manage patient inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently and accurately.Assist with administrative tasks, including reviewing schedules, handling patient documentation, and coordinating office operations.Support the team in ensuring seamless patient experiences while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.Uphold a positive team culture by minimizing gossip and fostering collaboration.Essential SkillsStrong customer service and administrative experienceFamiliarity with EMR and practice management systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in health care, particularly in plastic surgery.Proficient in data entry and schedule management.Work Environment
This is an in-office position requiring a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with the requirement to work two Saturdays per month. In exchange for working on Saturday, you will have Monday off.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.70/hr.
