Summary:
The Patient Care Leader (PCL) is a clinical nurse who leads the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit. This nurse is proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes. The Patient Care Leader provides 24 hour/ 7 day accountability care for assigned patients.

* Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Credentials:

* Basic Life Support
* ACLS if required by department
Credential equivalent experience:

* Required - RN (Registered Nurse) - State of Florida; Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - ACLS (Cardiovascular) - If required by department

* 2 years RN experience in Acute Care
