Get to Know Your Team: Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma. Responsibilities Conduct telephonic outreach for medication adherence to identify barriers. Convert extended day supply prescriptions Task physicians and staff for care gaps Request records to fulfill care gaps Contribute to collaboration for best practice with employed and embedded staff. Qualifications Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Basic computer knowledge Basic understanding of medical terminology. Compliance of policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety Preferred Job Requirements Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician
